The Freedom Gospel Choir  under the direction of Ann Antonides, the Freedom Gospel Choir will set the tone with African rhythms, Spirituals and good old southern gospel.

Guest vocal soloist, Shalema Gantt, is the founding president of the Nanaimo African Heritage Society. The Nanaimo African Heritage Society provides social and educational activities for families and individuals with a sense of community for people with an interest in British Columbia’s Black History and Black History as a whole.
